🎯 Role Purpose
As a Finance Coordinator, you will support the global finance team in day-to-day financial operations and administrative activities.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth financial processes, accurate reporting, and effective vendor management across regions. You will work closely with the UK and US finance teams, helping maintain operational efficiency and financial accuracy 💼
📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Monitor and ensure weekly timecards are submitted accurately and on time
🔹 Verify that projects are set up correctly in line with approved sales documentation
🔹 Create and maintain sales and purchase orders in the finance system
🔹 Issue customer invoices and statements
🔹 Create and maintain new customer and supplier accounts
🔹 Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
🔹 Reconcile bank statements
🔹 Prepare supplier payments
🔹 Maintain, update and reconcile GL accounts
🔹 Arrange employee travel as per approved requests and company policy
🔹 Check employee after-hours claims
🔹 Assist the wider finance team with tasks when required
