🎯 The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior DBA to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing critical database environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and security across a range of enterprise systems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining business continuity and supporting high-impact client environments in a fast-paced, cloud-focused setting 💻

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• 🗄️ Manage and maintain database environments to ensure high availability and reliability

• 📊 Monitor database performance and carry out proactive performance tuning

• 💾 Oversee backup, recovery, and data integrity processes

• 🔍 Conduct root cause analysis for production database issues and implement long-term fixes

• 🔄 Establish and maintain database replication strategies

• 🛡️ Design, implement, and test Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) solutions

• 🔧 Perform regular patch analysis and apply updates in line with best practices

🧠 Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative professional with a strong technical foundation and a drive to deliver excellence:

• 🧩 Strong experience with Oracle database management

• 🔍 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• 📈 Familiarity with reporting tools and performance monitoring solutions

• 🤝 Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to responsibilities

🎓 Qualifications & Certifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 🧾 Proven experience as an EBS Database Administrator
