We are hiring for a Cloud Project Coordinator with experience in the tech industry, to maintain our high performing support services across Cintra’s delivery areas. You will bring technical expertise, hands-on understanding of our business process and operations and be self-motivated with a track record of project coordination.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Complete assigned tasks to meet clear deadlines
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Assess and communicate project risks and issues where applicable
• Provide weekly reporting to the stakeholders
• Coordinate on delivery tasks, identified issues / risks, scheduling, and roadblocks
  
• Oversee timesheet submissions, and billing of resources
• Show judgement in project escalations to senior management to better ensure project success
• Coordinate multiple projects from a time and financials perspective
• Organize and maintain project artifacts and version control on our internal SharePoint portal

What You Should Have:

• 2 or more years of IT Project Coordination experience
• Proven project coordination experience including resource mobilization, planning, reporting and budget control
• Experience of working with global customers
• Flexibility – to work extended hours or weekends based on client requirements.
• Ability to effectively communicate in-person with Cintra and customer technical teams to coordinate joint task execution for predefined and agreed to tasks with minimal oversight
• Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Competency in Microsoft Tools including Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.
• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures

Great To Have:

• Experience working with or for an Oracle related business and database licensing
• Experience of coordinating any cloud projects
• Experience working with or for an IT Infrastructure and databases service-related business
• Any Project management accreditation
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint
